The Professional Development Committee, as part of the M. Pharm Induction Programme, organized an expert guest session titled “Success by Design: Planning Your M. Pharm Journey” on 13th August 2026 for M. Pharm students. The session was delivered by Dr. Sujith Nair, Co-Founder, Spectratix Pharma, Pune, with the objective of guiding students in planning their academic journey, developing professional skills, and exploring career opportunities. Dr. Nair highlighted the importance of goal setting, structured planning, skill development, research orientation, and continuous learning. A key focus was the application of Quality by Design (QbD) principles to career planning, research project selection, and professional growth. Students were encouraged to define clear goals, identify requirements, assess risks, and continuously improve their performance. The interactive session provided valuable industry exposure and motivated students to pursue their M. Pharm journey with clear goals, systematic planning, and continuous improvement.
