The Institute Training & Placement Cell organized an Industry Expert Session on "Industry Insights, Essential Skills and Career Opportunities" on 27 June 2026 for the UG and PG students. The session was delivered by Mr. Abhay Kumar Srivastava, Senior President – Operations, Mankind Pharma Ltd., New Delhi. With over three decades of industry experience, he shared valuable insights on current pharmaceutical trends, manufacturing excellence, operational leadership, and the skills required for a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. He also highlighted career opportunities in Manufacturing, QA, QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain Management. Mr. Srivastava emphasized the importance of continuous learning, technical and soft skills, adaptability, and professional ethics to meet evolving industry expectations. The session was highly interactive and concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, providing students with practical industry insights and valuable career guidance.
