Dnyaan Prasad Global University School of Pharmacy and Research by Dr. D. Y. Patil Unitech Society, Pimpri, Pune, successfully organized the “Dr. P. D. Patil National Level Award and Annual Award Function 2026.” The program commenced with invocation and lighting of the lamp, followed by the welcome of dignitaries. Best wishes for the successful conduct of the function were conveyed by Hon. Dr. Somnath P. Patil, Pro-Chancellor, Dnyaan Prasad Global University, Pune. The event was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Girish Hukare, Joint Commissioner (Drugs), FDA Pune, and Guest of Honour Mr. Shailesh Shinde, Co-Founder and Head, Business Development, Callidus Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Pune. Dr. M. K. Shelar presented the annual report highlighting the academic and research achievements of the institution, while Dr. Mohan Waman delivered the opening remarks. The highlight of the event was the prize distribution ceremony of the prestigious Dr. P. D. Patil National Level Awards, where students and their mentors from various colleges were felicitated for Best Thesis presentations and outstanding academic and research achievements. Academic and R&D awards were also presented to students and faculty members for their remarkable contributions in pharmaceutical sciences and research. The function concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation and a vote of thanks.
