The Training & Placement Cell of DPGU School of Pharmacy and Research organized a three-day Comprehensive Skill Development Workshop for students of B. Pharm, B. Pharm (MBA), Pharm D, and M. Pharm with the objective of enhancing their communication skills, personality development, teamwork, and placement readiness through interactive and experiential learning sessions. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Shashank Sahay and Ms. Khushboo Jadhav, who guided students through a series of engaging activities designed to foster self-awareness, confidence, and professional competence. The sessions included teamwork exercises, self-assessment activities, presentations on pharmaceutical companies, communication skill enhancement, interview preparation strategies, and guidance on CV building and professional networking. Throughout the program, emphasis was placed on the importance of soft skills, professional conduct, effective communication, and adaptability in today’s competitive professional environment. The workshop provided students with practical insights into industry expectations and career preparedness, thereby contributing to their overall employability and professional growth. The initiative reflects DPGU continued commitment to holistic student development and industry-oriented education.
