Employability Skills Assessment – PLAT As part of the Placement Preparation Program, the Training & Placement Cell of DPGU’s School of Pharmacy & Researchsuccessfully conducted the Holistic Aptitude & Skill Assessment (PLAT – Progressive Learning Ability Test) on 12thJanuary 2026, with 200+ students from B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Pharm.D participating. The online assessment focused on evaluating students’ aptitude, critical thinking, and employability skills, enabling structured self-evaluation and SWOT analysis. The outcomes of the assessment will be utilized to design targeted training and skill development initiatives, strengthening students’ career readiness and placement performance.
